The Practical Solution

I've tried everything from camera bags to backpacks and at times those products still make sense. But from the moment I saw this BAG01 I knew this was the solution I was looking for. I can put everything I need for my shooting requirements in one easy to carry bag. The dividers protect and allow optimum organization of gear. My favorite feature are the carry options. Well constructed sturdy bottom flooring allows for the BAG01 to be safely pulled out of my SUV by either of the end handles. Side pockets hold accessories. In addition, it has single handle carry and strap carry options for transport to your site location.

Not for larger tripods

I bought this to use with my O'Connor 1030 head/tripod combination, as the dimensioned fits.
What I did not realise (I should have checked the pictures better) was that the handles are centered, and not slightly towards one end of the bag as they should be for larger head/tripod combos, to allow for comfortable carrying when the tripod head end of the bag is heavier than the rest.
Also, the first time I was picking it up, one of the handles slipped from ly hand, and for a moment I held it by only one handle, and the seam ripped slightly.
I'll keep the bag to carry some lighter light stands, my video tripod is going back into it's old bag...

This tripod bag is perfect !!!!! Great material and the zippers are heavy duty, big extra pocket and ground, non slip pads on the bottom. I bought this so I could keep my Katana Jr. attached on my PMG 344 tripod within the bag. Thank you PMG for making sure great products !!!!

The bag you want for the TR429L tripod plenty of room for a large head and accessories look at the video.

Decent Bag-Should be backpack option/design

So I received my bag the other day. I got this bag because it will fit the wimberley head version 2. That part works fine. I would have preferred if the medium Promedia gear bag would have fit the Wimberley head because my tripod is only about 30" long with the Wimberley head attached to it. So there is a ton of slack. That's fine because I plan to eventually get a larger tripod for the Wimberely head and this bag will accomidate it. I haven't used any dividers for the bag yet so I am open minded about the remaining slack. The reason I'm only giving this bag 4 stars is that it does not offer the option to be used as a backpack design. One of the other reviews mentioned this. This to me is a no brainer. Furthermore, the sling strap attaches on each side of the opening to insert the tripod. So every time you put the tripod in and out it catches the strap. Just writing this review makes me want to take off an additional star, especially considering the price. I will give it 4 stars, but just barely. It definitely should have the option to be used as a sling bag OR backpack for this price. -1.
