SS2 to QD Exchange Program (Outside 120 days)

I have had 3 different types of QD pins. 1 I used 1 day, could not even get to release without an assist. 2nd failed on me while holding a 24-70 GMII. Talk about scary!! These by Promedia are very positive, have a good feel and come with an additional tether cable that I have on both my 200-600 and 70-200 so I do not have to worry. The strong coupling and the positive feel of this pin is excellent. The great service I got form the folks at CS on the exchange for the older models for the newer with really fast. Thanks again to them for another quality product. I would recommend these to everyone over the others out that or the screw in nut. 10+++ IMHO

I have use their plates and quick disconnect plugs for some time. I was excited when I heard they were going to offer a replacement piece of hardware that was compatible with some of my other plates. I could not believe the quality of the new plugs, they care enough to include some safety cords for added protection against a lens or camera becoming disconnected.

Noel in customer service went above and beyond to get my exchange to as soon as they came in stock. There are a lot of companies out there that only care about the sale, after the safe they forget you. I can say without hesitation that ProMediaGear is not one of the those companies. I will always try them first for all of the photo accessories that they make.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I emailed them before ordering, very prompt efficient response. Item arrived, and is excellent. Had to email them again recently, again, very prompt response. The only 1 negative is they are a bit of a distance from me(here in the UK), could you move a bit closer. Excellent company to do business with, totally recomend.
