Warranty and Support
ProMediaGear products are warrantied for a period of 5 years, unless otherwise stated.
Electronic parts have a limited 1 year warranty.
ProMediaGear will repair or replace defective products at our discretion. Products purchased at ProMediaGear.com will also qualify for free ground shipping both ways for service/repair for 1 year from date of purchase.
Products not purchased at ProMediaGear.com still carry the same warranty but shipping to our service center is the responsibility of the customer.
If you're within return period (up to 30 days from date of purchase) from the authorized dealer then we will also provide free ground shipping. Abused or damaged products will be excluded.
Warranty claim needs to be filed by the original purchaser within five years from the date of purchase.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DEFECTS OR DAMAGES TO THE PART OR ASSEMBLY (i) after the warranty period expires: (ii) resulting from misuse or abnormal operation: (iii) resulting from a failure to properly lubricate, maintain or operate the system: (iv) resulting from any repair or maintenance service performed by any party other than ProMediaGear or a person authorized by ProMediaGear to provide repair and maintenance service for this unit: (v) does not cover damage due to ordinary wear and tear: (vi) does not extend to any claim for incidental, consequential, or special damages for breach of any express or implied warranty or contract or tort claim on this product.
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
Warranty Claim Process
To make a Warranty Claim, the end user must do the following as a condition of the above Limited Warranty:
- Contact ProMediaGear to explain the warranty issue by submitting an Online Contact Form.
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Warranty Claims without an RMA number may not be processed and will be shipped to the end user, freight collect. Be prepared to provide the following information on the RMA Form:
- Contact Information & Ship To Address
- Product Name, Date Purchased, Model Number, Serial Number If available, Original Proof of Purchase
- Products must be secured properly for shipping and packed in the original or equivalent packing material.
- Ship the following to ProMediaGear:
- The Product(s) packed in its original packing material
- The Original Proof of Purchase
- The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form with the RMA Number
Insurance Recommendation
ProMediaGear recommends that the end user fully insure the shipment (at the full purchase price) in case of loss or damage during transit.
It is recommended that the end user keep a record of the shipping manifest and the tracking number.
The end user assumes sole responsibility of products returning to ProMediaGear. ProMediaGear is not responsible for lost and/or damaged goods during transit.
