Overview

The 8Sinn 15mm Baseplate V2 is designed to be compact and lightweight. With rod ports laid out in the industry-standard LWS configuration, you can easily expand your rig with 15mm rod-mounted accessories such as a follow‑focus, matte box, or lens support. The ARRI-standard rosettes let you attach a handgrip or other compatible accessories. The built-in thumbscrews make setup completely tool-free and fast, so mounting rods only takes a few seconds.

8Sinn Riser Plate Basic mounting plate:

  • Rubber pads to prevent scratches on mounted gear
  • Includes 3/8" and 1/4" mounting screws

8SINN 5" ARRI Dovetail Plate:

  • 5" length
  • 1/4” and 3/8” threaded Helicoil inserts
  • Built-in plate locking pin
  • Fully compliant with the ARRI standard


The set supports optical center alignment when used with the following cameras:
