Overview

The 8Sinn Universal Shoulder Pad is a key component for any shoulder rig setup and serves as the base that the rig mounts to. It’s made up of two pieces that snap together magnetically. The top section, built from aluminum, provides multiple mounting options, including 1/4" and 3/8" threaded mounting points, both with ARRI-standard locating pins, allowing you to attach any compatible camera accessory that uses those thread sizes.

The lower section is a padded piece that rests on the shoulder, delivering a comfortable and secure grip while shooting. The front and back of the pad each offer two 1/4" and two 3/8" threaded mounting points with ARRI locating pins. This ensures broad compatibility with other rig components, such as a baseplate or a 15mm-rod bridge adapter.

The shoulder pad’s clean, modern design adds a polished look to your rig, while its lightweight build keeps it easy and practical to work with.

The 8Sinn Shoulder Pad Connector is designed specifically for the Universal Shoulder Pad, acting as a link between the shoulder pad and other rig components. It is compatible with accessories like the 8Sinn 15mm Baseplate V2 or the 8Sinn 15mm Rod Mount Bridge, provided they include matching 1/4-inch mounting points that align with the threaded holes on the connector.
