ProMediaGear BAG01 Large Camera Tripod Gear Gig Bag Overview
The ProMediaGear BAG01 Large Camera Tripod Gig Bag with Shoulder Strap is a tough carrying bag for your professional tripod. It fits tripods up to 38 inches and even light stands. You may also store other camera accessories in the compartment.
This camera bag has adjustable dividers so you can customize it to fit your equipment properly.
There are different ways to carry this bag considering that it will carry a lot of items. You may use the top handles or the side handles. There is also an included padded shoulder strap.
Your gear is safe too with the bottom skid protectors. This ensures that the bag does not tear whenever it is placed on the floor.
Durability is top-notch with the YKK zippers and padded ballistic nylon construction.
The large tripod gear bar arrived on time and the construction seems sturdy so far. Its a little snug fitting for my silk location tripod, bug the extra affords me to pack other essentials.
This is an excellent bag. Robust build with good zippers, good utility. Easy accomodates my largest tripod with gimbal attached.
This nylon bag is large and tough. Plenty of room for your tripod and gimbal along with accessories. You need to protect your investment and this bag will do it
I've tried everything from camera bags to backpacks and at times those products still make sense. But from the moment I saw this BAG01 I knew this was the solution I was looking for. I can put everything I need for my shooting requirements in one easy to carry bag. The dividers protect and allow optimum organization of gear. My favorite feature are the carry options. Well constructed sturdy bottom flooring allows for the BAG01 to be safely pulled out of my SUV by either of the end handles. Side pockets hold accessories. In addition, it has single handle carry and strap carry options for transport to your site location.
I bought this to use with my O'Connor 1030 head/tripod combination, as the dimensioned fits.
What I did not realise (I should have checked the pictures better) was that the handles are centered, and not slightly towards one end of the bag as they should be for larger head/tripod combos, to allow for comfortable carrying when the tripod head end of the bag is heavier than the rest.
Also, the first time I was picking it up, one of the handles slipped from ly hand, and for a moment I held it by only one handle, and the seam ripped slightly.
I'll keep the bag to carry some lighter light stands, my video tripod is going back into it's old bag...
