The ProMediaGear TR02 Mini Ground Tripod is an extremely lightweight compact tabletop tripod for DSLR and Mirrorless cameras. It is also perfect for accessories such as LED lights, microphones or even webcams.

The TR02 tabletop tripod is great for low-angle photography. It even has an Arca-Swiss C40 Clamp making it perfect for any camera.

You need to watch out for its load capacity though. It only has a load capacity of 5 lbs per leg. It may carry heavier setups. But to be on the safe side, limit it to lightweight cameras.

The TR02 only has one knob. This knob locks all three joints and the hex base that connects the friction arm to the tripod.

Surprisingly solid

I have the 11-inch version of this tripod. It's basically a tripod base with a miniature jointed arm similar to the Manfrotto Magic Arm, except the joint is geared to increase rigidity when it is tightened. The single knob tightens the arm and its two additional ball joints, one connected to the tripod base and one with an Arca-Swiss QR clamp. It's strong enough to hold my Nikon Z7 with a macro lens. Be aware the tripod base does take up a fair bit of footprint once extended (30cm/12in diameter). Great for tabletop macro photography, but you can't completely disregard physics, the camera will vibrate if handled, so a remote control or self-timer is still advisable.
